Very unique food - Edit
I have never had this style of food before, i think it’s a Chinese street food sort of a flatbread / crepe style that is spicy and crunchy. Very cool to see and try. The owner was very chill and aware of vegan foods and I think he will try a vegan egg replacement soon to make the vegan option better - I will update reviews if I try it

Pros: Unique food I haven’t had before, Vegan aware
Cons: Omitting the egg to make it vegan leaves it light , Hopefully they add more to it
