I was so excited to try this restaurant. The ambience and staff are lovely, the vegan menu selection plentiful. I asked for a recommendation. I order the bean stew. It had zero flavour and was swimming in oil. I so wanted to love this dish, but really didn’t.

Finally a fancy restaurant for us vegans - Edit
Bin 100 makes a very strong effort to offer a wealth of vegan options for all courses of your meal. The staff try very hard to please and are attentive, pleasant, and generally careful about vegan vs non-vegan offerings.

The atmosphere inside the restaurant is nice. It's NOT a cheap restaurant, and you are paying for great service. It's wonderful for a celebratory dinner, special occasion, or want to impress someone.
While I'd like there to be more vegan options that aren't pasta, the offerings are all delicious and flavorful.

It blew my mind that this high end Italian restaurant has a significant vegan section in its menu. Bravo. (On the other hand I am always amazed by the many Italian restaurants that do not even offer a bean protein option, beans being an Italian staple.) And the food is top quality. Also huge portions. (I really did not need an appetizer in addition to an entree. But how could I resist? So of course I took home a doggy bag.) Also the service is top notch.

everything i’ve had here on the vegan menu has been PHENOMENAL! i’ve had the beyond meatballs and artichoke flatbread for appetizers and the butternut squash gnocchi and the vegan bolognese for entrees. tonight i had the vegan carrot cake which is also delicious! my server tonight was very nice and very informed about the vegan options, which i always appreciate! would give them 5 stars if possible. my (non vegan) fiancé and i will be having our rehearsal dinner here next year

Great options with or without replacements. - Edit
This is a lovely omni Italian restaurant. My wife had the gnocchi with butternut squash, which was excellent. I had the orechiette minus the plant based sausage (it's field roast, and I'm not a huge fan) and the dish without it stands on its own. The pasta e fagioli is excellent, but we skipped it during the summer. We would give the food a 5, but we can't due to app restrictions.

Great new Vegan menu - Edit
Was so excited to try their new menu, it did not disappoint. I had the Escarole and Bean Stew, it was so good. The flavors were fantastic, will definitely be back.
