Vegan Ceviche at Richmond Popup - Edit
Checked out this booth at a Vegan Popup last weekend in Richmond, it was one of the first spots I stopped to get a bite to eat, after making the trip via Bart. It was a sunny day, so the fresh veggies and soy were satisfying without being overly filling (leaving room for dessert!). It came in a good size bowl/cup and it was served with a side of crackers. Oops, no photos of food as I basically inhaled it! Personally I would have appreciated tostadas but it was tasty nonetheless and I would totally order it again! I didn’t realize until after the event looking at my photos that they also had a vegan milanesa plate, what?! That’s awesome! I’d totally order that next time at a future event!
