Tasty and healthy - Edit
We walked to bibimcup as there were little places near our hotel that were open later for food. I ordered the vegetable bibimbap in a hot stone bowl and my partner had the same with tofu. It was filling and tasty. We eat alot of homemade korean food so it was nice to finally have some in a restaurant, although it was very simplistic. The waiter was really knowledgable with what we could and couldn't eat.
Pros: Good waiter knowledge, several options, healthy , And filling!
Cons: Serves meat, vegan kimchi would be brilliant!

Stylish place - Edit
Decent food, fair amount of vegan dishes that are also clearly labeled. Staff seemed knowledgeable about veganism and food arrived quickly.

Highly recommend - Edit
Several, clearly labeled vegan dishes. Staff knows what vegan means. We ordered a bibimbap menu which would be served with a Kimchi soup. The waitress offered us to get a vegan rice roll as starter instead of the soup, because the soup contained fish soup. Sushi and bibimbap were super tasty.

yummy vegan bibimbap - Edit
Centrally located, friendly staff and a clearly marked vegan version. If you order a vegan Bibimbap you also get a special vegan chili sauce as the one on the table contains meat. I ordered the version with Tofu and rice noodles and can definitely recommend it :-)

Nice Korean food - Edit
Our first visit was a very pleasant visit. The staff was very friendly and explained everything. We had a menu with Kimbap (Korean sushi) for starter, a Bibimcup with tofu toping (bowl with rice, 6 different vegetables and tofu) and a green tea. The Kimbap was the best tasting veggie sushi I have had until now. Also the green tea was a treat. The dishes are served with soy sauce and chilli sauce.
Read morePlease make sure to mention that you are a veggie, since the chilli sauce placed on the tables is with beef! If you order vegan or vegetarian, you get a separate pot with hot sauce labeled vegan!
The wooden furniture, the decoration and the large windows facing the street create a nice atmosphere.
