Serves meat, vegan options available. Korean-inspired Asian fast food chain founded 2013 with its first outlet in Ohio. An assembly line setup lets customers see the dishes through the glass counter while building own bowl. Choose a base of rice, noodles, roll, or lettuce, then add toppings and protein (beans, potato, tofu), then veggies and sauce. Teriyaki, gochujang, spicy sriracha and sesame ginger sauces are vegan. Miso soup confirmed vegan Feb 2020.

Incorrectly labeled sauces as vegan - Edit
Apparently sesame ginger has honey in it which is still labeled with the vegan V icon on the placard. The kale also has honey along with an unknown other amount of products since they don't list ingredients on their site.

Love that this place is gluten free! It's a quick, healthy place I can bring people who are not veg but I still get good healthy options as well. Set up like a subway or chipotle.

I really enjoy this place. I've had take out a few times. It's quick, easy, clean, affordable, and delicious! The vegan options are very clearly labelled in store, but they're not as clearly labelled when ordering online. The kimchi is vegan and all of the sauces are vegan except for the two creamy ones.

My kids love this place! - Edit
My family really loves Bibibop. It's always a great option when dining near the mall. The tofu is delish, and so many great veggie options to fill the bowl. My favorite is the sesame kale. Most of the sauce options are vegan.

Bibibop is a Chipotle-style Asian food restaurant. Most menu items are vegan, and there's tofu. Lots of their food is also organic. The restaurant is clean and has a nice style.
