Serves meat, vegan options available. Korean-inspired Asian fast food chain founded 2013 with its first outlet in Ohio. An assembly line setup lets customers see the dishes through the glass counter while building own bowl. Choose a base of rice, noodles, roll, or lettuce, then add toppings and protein (beans, potato, tofu), then veggies and sauce. Teriyaki, gochujang, spicy sriracha and sesame ginger sauces are vegan. Miso soup confirmed vegan Feb 2020. Open Mon-Thu 10:30am-9:00pm, Fri-Sat 10:30am-10:00pm, Sun 11:00am-7:00pm.

Two main highlights here: OBVIOUSLY get the Tofu, it's amazing and the pieces are small so the sauce covers maximum surface area. The sweet potato noodles though..... I crave those every day. Lovely lovely lovely

They have Vegan Mondays, discounts of vegan bowls. I love the sweet potato noodles and the potatoes are so good! The Teriyaki sauce is also vegan.

Asian fusion made to order bowls! I like the purple rice, lots of veggie options and tofu. Reasonably priced and serving size.
