Read moreThey have rotating specials so be sure to check their Instagram for current menu. I personally love the vegan birria tacos, you'd never know the difference and the flavor is impeccable. Recently they introduced a "nox-tails" for the vegan chef competition in August 2024 and it's like an Indian spiced pot roast. Ugh, it's to die for.
I've also tried their burgers which taste like BBQ brisket in the best way possible, their spaghetti which is so uniquely amazing and their seasoned fries.
They also rotate desserts but they usually have tree nuts in them so I cannot partake. I hope they offer their sweet potato cinnamon rolls without almond milk soon; I dream about them.
As for drinks they usually have sweet tea or lemonades. I've had their blueberry lemonade which was stuffed with fresh blueberries. It was super sweet and tart and came in a reusable plastic bottle.
Restaurant is to-go only but they recently incorporated a few small outdoor tables to sit at!
The service is always friendly and inviting, I would recommend this place to anyone.

I was so excited to find Betty’s close to my rental. After a long day of driving I needed some quick comfort food and Betty’s sure delivered. It is a pick-up location only and I grabbed southwest egg rolls with a side of fries, peach b cobbler and a cinnamon roll for breakfast the next day.

My only negative was that I do not live in OKC to enjoy this place more.

I love me some Betty’s. They never disappoint. One of my favorite is the Barria Tacos. I also love the Soul food Sunday plates. And desserts

Delicious and affordable vegan food right in OKC - Edit
I've been vegetarian for a few years now and Betty's biscuits were tasty and filling in a way I haven't felt since eating Fried Chicken biscuits back in the day. Easy recommendation for any vegetarian or vegan living in or passing through OKC.

I've ordered from them a couple of times now. And everything they've made has been delightful! My favorite was the Zucchini Tacos
Read more! I'm really bad at cooking and often busy, so this was perfect for me! They even delivered to my apartment in Edmond for an extra fee, but it was so worth the contactless delivery. I'm sad I discovered them right before moving out of state. I wish I would have tried them sooner!

I adore the business! The owner is so kind and thoughtful and the food is healthy and delicious! Being able to pick up lunches that I can bring to work all week has made my life so much easier.
