Some options - Edit
You could get pasta, salads and some dips at most. Pilafs are made with butter (as staff said) so be wary of that, in general too.
Read moreSalad was nice, and pasta alright, but I won't be giving any place more than 3 if there is no decent option😅
The place is pretty though, and terrace has a nice view.

As good as it gets in Trabzon (and it’s good!) - Edit
Vegan is hard in this region of Turkey, in which anchovies and cheese dominate (and obviously kebap).
Read moreHowever, this restaurant offers an array of vegan/veg mezze: lots of dips, pilafs, and salads. Many dishes come with yogurt on the side.
The food was incredibly flavorful. We had some babaganuj, several salads, and the pilaf. It’s all reasonably priced for a non-fast food sit down.
Additionally the staff are friendly, the music pleasant (none of those weird EDM remixes of pop songs that lots of youth cafes like to play), and the courtyard is lovely.
Pros: Lots of veg/vegan options, Great atmosphere , Not expensive, not inexpensive
Cons: Lots of yogurt
