Wouldn’t recommend - Edit
The vegan fish was a tasteless eggplant with a little seaweed. The tartar sauce was good but didn’t make up for the tasteless eggplant. Vegan tacos were good.

Tasty, but.. - Edit
The vish (eggplant)& chips was good, but i.m.o. it has nothing in common with fish (what I expected with the name) and it's too expensive.

Super crispy! - Edit
A bit overpriced but the fried eggplant (f*ish) was super nice and the vegan tartar sauce was great too. Onion rings are originally fried with animal oil but kindly they used plant oil for us! The rings were really big and delicious

Overpriced and not very nice! - Edit
The vegan fish is simply a deep fried aubergine. It lacks flavour and the meal and a soft drink cost £18.20 (2023). A lot to spend on very mediocre vegan meal.

Vegan fish and chips - Edit
Was keen to try vegan fish and chips. It's aubergine and seaweed battered. To me the aubergine was too thick and not very tasty. Nice that it is offered but could be improved. Also has a vegan burger

Too much, too expensive - Edit
Made of aubergine and seaweed, not very well seasoned, tasteless… way too big portions and quite expensive though.

nice! - Edit
interior does feel a bit like a wetherspoons, but i take my irish friends and fam here to try haggis. i love the veggie haggis (i think you need to ask to make it vegan bc of the oil it’s fried in) and i tried the vegan fish too which is pretty good.

Vegan haggis - Edit
I was very impressed by the vegan haggis which I found delicious. However, I am disappointed by the vegan fish and chips : the fish being a fried eggplant which lacked flavours and I expected a faux-meat made with seaweed to give a fishy taste.

Decent meal - Edit
It was a good option for food that closed a bit later than other restaurants. The vegan fish and chips was ok, it was battered and fried eggplant. Very tasty but didn’t feel fishy, but it was a good and filling meal.

Do not eat the veggie haggis - Edit
I was really disapointed… just tasted fried, no real taste on it’s own. Not even the fries were nice. Could have saved the money to go somewhere else 😬

it was..alright - Edit
I had the vegan fish and chips; the chips were fine, but I wasn't a fan of the vegan fish; it was battered & fried eggplant so the texture was really off (kinda slimy and too mushy/soft for me). They also had a vegan haggis dish which I didn’t try, so maybe that one is better. The upside is that it was quite a large portion size, but for the price I’d say not worth it when the food is pretty mediocre.

Has some great vegan options - Edit
Fish and chips are excellent the fish is made by cutting a 🍆 in half dipping both halves in batter and deep frying them. Good change from the usual Textured soya you normally get
