Crispy freshly made banh mi - Edit
A different take to some of the other veggie banh mi I have tasted. This one has something that seemed like thick rice a, maybe to seem like vegan cheese. There was a lot of tofu and processed soy protein which added a nice crunch, but I would personally prefer more fresh veg. Chili sauce was a nice tingle.

Delicious Vegan Banh Mi - Edit
This food stand is well run and makes delicious vegan banh mi in a matter of minutes. Ingredients looked and tasted fresh, and a selection of toppings allow you to customize your sandwich. No dine-in service is available, but the alley the food stand is located in is very calm and clean. Sandwiches cost 15k VND as of February 2024.
