Benedict petah tikva

We arrived since we wanted to try the vegan menu and of course the new vegan fried eggs.
We ordered the classic breakfast that came with orange&carrot juice and for dessert we ordered theblueberry pancakes.
Unfortunately there was a lot of confusion with taking out the dishes and it turned out that we got the egg yolks a quarter of an hour before the bread and waited another 20 minutes for a small green salad that should arrive first along with the spreads.
I will note that the manager was very nice and as compensation didn't charge us for the pancakes.
As for the dishes themselves, the egg yolks although by the time we ate it wasn't warm was excellent both in texture and seasoning.
the selection of spreads was nice although I think it miss some sweet spread like Jam or Halva, my favorites of them all was the "scordlia" which had an excellent taste and the “cheese” in Labneh style with smoked cherry tomatoes.
The bread basket that came with the dish was also fresh and warm.
As for the pancakes, they were huge and if you order them as an addition to the meal, the small version may be enough. They were thick and soft and came with a decent amount of blueberry jam.
The service was pleasant but confused and the place itself has a comfortable and warm atmosphere.

Pros: good food

Cons: service a bit slot and messy, could have more options excpet for breakfast
