Beluga loves vegans - Edit
Every time I go to Beluga, I have a wonderful experience. The staff are friendly, kind and attentive, the view is stunning, they give you blankets when you are cold, and they have a great selection of wines and other beverages. Specials run before 6pm where you can get R30 dim sum and R50 cocktails!
