Has room for improvement

This place had only opened a week in advance or so and the menu had only 2 vegan food options, a bowl and an open-faced sandwich (Stulle) with hummus. Staff was great and very attentive, and I loved my veganized blueberry oat milkshake. The bowl was ok, but there was too much dressing which made the country potatoes soggy, they should've put the decorative salad inside the bowl instead of the potatoes.
