Vegan To-Go Options - Edit
Beecher’s inside PAE is the only food option. Despite the name, it offers a few to-go vegan options: two salads, two chia puddings, and occasionally a vegan cookie. All packaged options have listed ingredients. I opted for a vegan cookie on display a while ago (at least a year ago). It was decent, but it was mostly exciting to see a “vegan” baked good in the area.
