Great for oriental style brunch - Edit
Bebek is one of my go to places for a large oriental breakfast. Their large oriental breakfast for 22.- is vegetarian, but they can serve it vegan, by swapping some of the items. They do not have vegan yogurt or croissants, and the vegan butter is not great, but the rest is good and will keep you from being hungry for many hours.

Nice food in interesting location - Edit
This is probably one of the few restaurants in the world that shares space with a tram depot. The interior is very well done, service and food are good and the selection of vegan or vegan capable dishes is very large (mostly mezze, though, plus one burger). A relatively quiet outside seating area is available, too. Nothing bad to say, really.
