Vegan breakfast but confused milk!

Please note this eatery does serve meat, fish and dairy.
This cafe offers vegetarian and vegan breakfasts, so you’d expect that they know about plant milks.
The vegan breakfast itself was nice (no sunflower spread for the toast). However I ordered a pot of tea with oat milk, and the staff got confused and thought I asked for a separate glass of milk. This was corrected and oat milk was specified - however when the tea was brought to the table, I had seen the staff member pour cows milk into a jug to serve to me.
When I corrected again, she argued that she wasn’t told, but it was requested to her twice - and the staff didn’t apologise for the mistake.
Another table complained that the cream they had been served was gone off, so I was worried about the quality of other food.
Overall the experience was okay and the breakfast was quite nice, but their options and service could definitely be better!

Cons: Service was not amazing , Confused about products
