Friendly and satisfying - Edit
Lovely owners that truly care for having vegan options and making sure nothing is cross contaminated. Food is well priced and very tasty. Chocolate vegan shake with soy whipped cream was delicious. They even have vegan mayo for the chips!

We chose this restaurant because of the reviews on here and we were not disappointed! A separate vegan menu, with several options, we finally settled for a vegan fry up (and let me say I do not need to eat for the rest of the day now!!) accompanied by a fully vegan soya chocolate milkshake, including squirty cream! The staff went completely out of their way to let us know about their vegan butter, soya milk etc, and were incredibly friendly and helpful the whole way. I would completely recommend this restaurant to anybody😄

We have just visited after finding out about this place on HappyCow. It seems to be the only cafe with vegan options in Great Yarmouth according to HappyCow.
Read moreThe first thing you notice when you come in is the nice colourful booth seating and how pristinely clean it is inside! The kitchen door was open and after a peek inside you can see that everything is very clean and tidy, no mess or dirt. The toilets are very clean too. While we were there one of the staff cleaned the glass of the display fridge even though it wasn't even dirty.
There is a separate vegan menu and the cakes on display are clearly marked 'vegan'. They even have vegan whipped cream to go with the cakes!
I had a chocolate cake and latte, the cake was tasty although rich as the cream must have been based on butter (I make the cream for my cakes based on tofu and millet so it's much lighter and I'm not used to fatty creams), but at least it wasn't too sweet. I don't think it was made today as it was a bit dry but it was still fresh. The coffee was good too.
According to menu boards on the walls they cater for all dietary requirements/allergies. So it's not an exclusively vegan cafe but it made do for us as a family where I'm the only vegan.
They are children friendly too, there are baby change facilities in the toilet. However, if you're on your own and with a buggy it might be tricky to get in as there are stairs at the entrance but the staff are so friendly I'm sure they'd rush to help.
We just popped in for cake and they were decent sizes but the sizes of lunch/dinner plates were just huge, the prices not being too high. Everything looked fresh.
Pros: Vegan menu, Extremely clean , Children-friendly
Cons: Accessibility but other than that none whatsoever

Family friendly/ great vegan options - Edit
Nipped in for some drinks with my family to shelter from the rain. Really friendly staff. Reasonable prices. High chairs available. Looks better on inside than outside. I'm vegan and there were some great menu options. Me and husband had a lovely cappuccino (mine was soya). My girls had an apple juice and milk. Portions of food coming out looked very generous, we were gutted we had already eaten a picnic. Will return.

There isn't many places to eat vegan in Yarmouth and this place is an absolute treasure. Has a separate vegan menu and owner understands about cross contamination.

Large portions of anything you'd like, the wonderful lady, Kat, she's the most accommodating restaurant owner I've ever met.
She really couldn't do enough to help us.
The food was delicious and she even had vegan butter, cream and cakes!
She also made my boys a vegan milkshake....

Amazing little find - Edit
We're all used to getting maybe one option, two if youre lucky, especially outside of a city, but when we came across this place and found they had their own dedicated Vegan menu (and also seperate a dedicated Gluten Free menu) we were amazed.

Traditional seaside cafe with a great vegan menu - Edit
Very friendly and accommodating owners. Had a delicious vegan fry-up (one of many other options). Good for basic seaside grub eg burgers, chips and breakfasts. There's something here for everyone regardless of dietary requirements. Delicious vegan cakes and milkshakes also available. Only good vegan option available in the area.

Trendsetter in Yarmouth cafe scene - Edit
Well this was a pleasant surprise. A cafe on main drag in Yarmouth that has a vegan menu. 2nd surprise choice!! Which was alright, I had curry, rice, chips and it was very good. 3rd surprise soya milk and cake option. 4th surprise was owner/chef wanting to know what we thought, keen to offer more for vegans.. Wow nice surprise. It is what it says it is, a cafe, little worn but with a heart of gold.

This is a proper seaside cafe. The seats are a little threadbare but the cafe was clean.

Happy they have vegan options but... - Edit
So glad they had multiple options from curry, chilli, and the veggie burger (which I had with chips). Good place but lacked in flavour. I'm not too mad though I am pleased they appeal to different dietary lifestyles.

Vegan Surprise - Edit
Popped in here yesterday to see what Veg Options were available and the owner bent over backwards to accommodate my requirements. she made me a lovely Vegan chilli, rice and chips that rivalled my own cooking! Would recommend to any Vegan or Veggies out there looking for a nice lunch in amongst burger central seafront of Yarmouth! Will definitely make this my Goto place whenever I visit Yarmouth!
