Not really worth the detour, food was quite bland. We had the avocado bread and the mexican burger. Staff was friendly.

Vegan ijsjes op het strand - Edit
Wij kwamen er toevallig langs om iets te drinken. Toen we zagen dat ze er een heel bord vegan ijsjes hadden. Dus we gingen 2 dagen later terug 😁😁 lekker tiramisu ijs gegeten. Prachtige setting.

Veel keuze, geen standaard opties! - Edit
Ik had hier een georganiseerde BBQ, en bijna alles was vegan! Erg lekkere salades, diverse groenten op verschillende manieren bereid, alles erg lekker en creatief, niets viel tegen. Heb ook het menu bekeken, daar staan allerlei opties op, mij is ook verteld dat een aantal vegetarische gerechten ook vegan gemaakt kunnen worden. Ik ga zeker terug om die ook te proberen!

Surprise! - Edit
Orignally I had made a reservation with another restaurant, but because we made a miscalculation with getting there by feet over the beach, we stopped here. Beach Break didn't show on this app yet so my expectations were low.
Read moreI was very happily surprised by the amount of vegan and vegetarian options. I haven't checked their dinner menu, but for lunch they have 2 vegan pita's, a soup and a salad. Quite a lot of vegetarian pita's, salads and burgers. They also have some smoothie/açai bowls which are vegetarian, I think because of the granola but also didn't check this. Would be amazing though if these are made vegan, together with a burger!🙏
I ordered the falafel salad which was pretty tasty. They could add something with more volume to it (it was salad, some cucumber, corn, salsa and falafel). Perfect for a light lunch but I can eat a lot🤪 Ordered fries too which were very yummy!
Atmosphere is great. Chill, laid back music and people. It's also a surf/kiteschool, so lots of surfers/kiters which are fun to watch from the terrace. Staff is also very kind and helpful, food and drinks were served fast.
