I can highly recommend a visit there! They offer a variety of different tapas and main dishes. We tried four different tapas and two main dishes and all of them tasted very delicious! We‘d consider it as a „must visit“ when you’re in Halle!

Wir hatten die 2 (Tofusticks), 3 (sommerrollen), 8 (frittierte avocado), 9 (kimchi) als Tapas und die 22 (Udonnudeln in Pilz-Sahnesoße.
Read moreDas Kimchi hat uns beiden nicht geschmeckt. Alles andere war lecker. Aber eher so lecker, wie es halt auch in anderen vietnamesisch-veganen Restaurants lecker ist. Die 22, also Udon in Pilzsahnesoße hatten wir aber so noch nicht gegessen. Inkl. 2 Getränke und 1x zusätzliche Sommerrollen hat es ohne Trinkgeld 49 euro gekostet.
Auf jedenfall einen Besuch wert. :)

Read moreWe will always try to eat here when we are near Halle from now on. The main course portions are plentiful, and we also had a tapas each, so we were really satisfied, but we felt really good, not bloated.

Loved my tapas - Edit
Lovely English speaking server, I had the tapas and the avocado bites were my highlight having never had something like it before. The bao bun was very tasty and the summer rolls were really good too. Not cheap but the going rate, I think.

I had a main course with udon noodles, tofu and veggies, which was really delicious. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, too, very cozy, and beautiful tableware. I had a tea aside, which was sweetened, though that wasn’t mentioned on the menu.

Ich war begeistert, dass es jetzt ein komplett veganes asiatisches Restaurant in Halle gibt, aber beide Male, die ich da war, war ich irgendwie enttäuscht. Nach dem ersten Besuch tat mir mein harsches Urteil irgendwie leid und ich war eine Weile später nochmal da, um dem Ganzen eine zweite Chance zu geben. Aber es blieb dabei: Geschmacklich kommt da einfach nichts Großes rüber. Dabei sind die Gerichte durchaus kreativ und hören sich spannend an. Man wird satt, aber es ist nichts besonderes. Normalerweise liebe ich die asiatische Küche wegen ihrer Geschmacksvielfalt und genau die ist mir hier irgendwie verloren gegangen.

Für den Preis einfach schade. Da geht noch mehr.
- Nachspeisen habe ich nicht gekostet.
- Unter den Getränken (alle alkoholfrei) schmeckt mir der Bays Mule sehr gut. Andere waren mir teilweise zu süß.
Pros: rein vegan, Tapasprinzip und normale Hauptgerichte (Bowl)

Wir waren nur zu Besuch in Halle und wollten auf die Schnelle etwas leckeres essen. Wir haben uns dann für Bay Vegan entschieden und sind super zufrieden und satt😄

Great restaurant with a variety of tasty vegan meals. The food was awesome, the drink a little too sweet for my taste, but all in all a great experience. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant itself is very beautiful. It's not low budget, but also not extremely expensive.

Top Auswahl, das Essen schmeckt super und die Menge ist auch sehr ausreichend. Das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Der Außenbereich ist sauber und großflächig, die Sitzgelegenheiten bequem und nicht zu eng aufgestellt.
Absolute Empfehlung, wir werden definitiv nicht nur einmal wiederkommen!!

Die als "leicht scharf" ausgezeichneten Gerichte sind wirklich fast 0 scharf. Und die "scharfen" Gerichte die wir hatten (27 und 28) ließen sich auch als "nicht scharf" ordern.

Small menu but still enough choice. It was pleasant that everything is vegan. Really unique for an asian restaurant in Halle. The dishes we had were all very tasty. Already looking forward to our next visit 🤤
