Fresh ingredients - Edit
We had a great meal here. I had the vegan special which tasted lovely - really fresh tomato sauce, and plenty of rocket on top too. My wife had a customised vegan marguerita (gluten free base, adding jalapeños and mushroom). This was also excellent. There are only three vegan options on the menu but you can make a custom one if you are willing to pay (£2 per topping). The space is very attractive and atmospheric, in the old station booking hall.

Tried the Vegan Special and it was really nice! Shame that they charge so much for extra toppings/gluten free base.

Had the spinaci and the truffle & goat cheese. They were both alright but nothing special. Gluten-free dough and beer options available.

5* if I could - Superb pizza with wonderful staff - Edit
They spend time and effort to add a beautiful ambiance in this renovated train station. The pizzas are oven baked, with what I’m assume is with care and love, as they are to die for! I asked them if they could leave the vegan cheese to put on for the last minute at the end, and it really made sure it was all cooked at the perfect time.
