Delicious! - Edit
Everything on the menu was clearly marked as vegan or vegetarian. The rigatoni with pomodoro sauce was exquisite!

Italian food - Edit
A lot of reviews are based on the price to portion ratio, which I guess is one factor of rating food, but in terms of quality of food, it’s actually decent. There really are two vegan options that is a beet ravioli dish. It was fine if you come in expecting it to be about as bougie as the restaurants surrounding it. Carmel isn’t vegan friendly and it’s expensive.

Expensive, Few options, Small portions - Edit
The main vegan dish is an entree that costs about $26. It is three ravioli noodles that taste fine, and an arrangement of cauliflower, carrots, and other assorted vegetables that taste fine.
Read moreThe daily soup was vegan and was amazing, but that’s not always available, so I don’t think it would be fair for it to impact the rating.
The vegan pasta dishes have great red sauce, but at the end of the day it is sauce and noodles with some basil leaves.
Pros: Tastes fine, Helpful staff, Nice location
Cons: Expensive , Limited options, Small portions

Avoid if you’re vegan - Edit
There is really only one vegan item and it’s small and expensive. It’s not even a particularly vegetarian-friendly menu, with most of the menu being meat.

Vegans stay away - Edit
Tiny portions for a huge price.

Just go to the supermarket and whip up a $5 salad. That's pretty much what you receive at this restaurant.
Pros: Food was alright, Staff were helpful

Delicious and creative food - Edit
Wonderful service and delicious, creative food. There are several vegan options including soup, salads and a burger in addition to the signature roasted vegetables. Several other vegetarian options can be made vegan.

Food is tasty although expensive and they are cheap with the number of ravioli you get. We stopped going there.
