Serves meat, vegan options available. Egyptian street food, located in an upmarket food court. Only a few items on the menu but most are vegan and clearly marked. Reported closed January 2024.
I went here for lunch and was really impressed by how lovely the food was. Babousa has a small menu - but plenty of clearly marked vegan options. And the vegan options are good! I had the koshari bowl (which is spiced rice, lentils, chickpeas, tomato sauce, fresh herbs, pickled onions, crispy shallots) along with a hibiscus tea and a little cake. It was a such nice lunch (but also quick and affordably priced). Would definitely recommend.
