Great taco place! - Edit
My husband and I meet a group of Vegans to eat lunch here for our first time. They had one special Vegan taco, El Vegano, which was really good (my favorite) and then had several side choices of Vegan items to make your own tacos or bowls. We also tried the Chili Tofu, which was amazing (husbands favorite) and the sweet potatoes on a taco. I love sweet potatoes, but these were overdone. (No biggie) Also had chips and salsa, which was really good. Will definitely eat here again!

The Vegano is one of my favorite meals. I’ve also built my own vegan tacos there but mine has only once been as good! Plus the tres amigos (chips and dips) appetizer always has several good vegan options. #Veganuary

Amazing for Vegans and Non! - Edit
Our friends brought us to Barrio because of the ample vegan options and we were blown away. They have premade taco options as well as build your own. I would choose the build your own option everytime, it’s better in terms of cost and options😄I tried the Thai Chili Tofu on my first taco and it was incredible. I would 100% get it again. The second one had fried sweet potato, which was also good, however not better than the tofu. I got 2 tacos and they were incredibly filling. You get to customize each taco and stuff it til your hearts content😄I cannot wait to go back!

This is a chain, but the best taco place I've ever been to. They have a Thai chili tofu that's delicious to add to your taco. The tortilla chips are made to perfection. The frozen margaritas are out of this world.

Awesome taco place with lots of vegan options. I love to get rice and black beans with the grilled peppers and dirty sauce! So yummy and filling. They also have great margaritas with delicious nonalcoholic versions.

There are lots of vegan options and it's really easy to customize with online ordering! They even have vegan items on the menu marked. Everything tasted fresh even the taco shells tasted pretty homemade! Would definitely recommend

2 choices of tofu protein, plenty of veg toppings to choose from. Get the double layer shell with guacamole in between… yum! Best tacos in TC. Reasonably priced - $3 or $4 a taco. Great no sugar margaritas as well.

It’s just tacos, so to have two different tofu options is awesome. If you go with the green goddess and ask for it to be the “lean goddess,” you get the hard and soft tacos with guac in between. Your Welcome💯

I’ve been to Barrio 3 times so far and haven’t had the same thing twice. Except the Pineapple Salsa - I get it every time! It’s so hard to find a place that has both vegan AND gluten free. It’s even hard to a place that has more than one or two options!
