Very good but pricy - Edit
Food is delicious, medium portions.
Read moreThe orange-choco cake was lovely. We had lunch and it was full. So you may need to wait in peak time during high season. I'd return any time. Only 4 stars because of the price and that they didn't have the smoothie and cake we first chose from the menu.

The menu is fully vegan and they have lots of interesting options, it was nice but I found it to be lacking flavour and seasoning. We visited twice during the week we were on holiday, I had the pesto pasta dish first which was lovely. 2nd visit I ordered the tempeh taco but got given a completely different dish which was okay but not what I wanted. I queried it and they just asked me if it was good (?) and I said it was fine but I wanted it taken off the bill which to be fair they did. Turns out he gave my food to someone else and knew that it was wrong but just didn’t say anything! It’s nice to have a full vegan restaurant and the options were fab but I wasn’t blown away by the flavour although everything was cooked nicely.

The food was ok (i had the "fish" tacos). For the slightly higher price I expected the service and general ambiance to be good as well, but that part was a bit dissapointing. I was seated inside because outside everything was full and the (very wobbly) table was straight in front of the toilet room (which you can not lock btw!). Maybe the outside seating is better. But this kind of took away from my food experience.

Loved this place! It’s a bit hidden down and alley way but delicious food! - Edit
Service was lovely, so many options. We both had the fish tacos and a side salad with different chips and were utterly stuffed. Would honestly eat here every day if I was in Split for longer. The truffle Mac looked amazing and the nourish bowl was enormous. Try the gin cocktails as well. So, so good! Omni husband was very pleased as well!

Delicious food and nice place overall. Would definitely go again. Everything was grwat until we asked for a check, it tooked 10-15 minutes. We almost left without paying. The food was delicious and from the restaurant i tried definitely the most delicious

We were seated and given a map. In the next few minutes I waved 3 times to place our order. In the meantime, another woman was seated and her order was taken also she came after us. Then we saw the waiter inside talking to his colleagues and we still didn't get served. Then we left.

I saw good reviews and went here with friends who are not vegan. Someone ordered the marco polo and the rest and I ordered the burger. The burger was okay, but I've had a lot of vegan burgers that were much tastier. The Marco Polo pasta was very disappointing, we found no taste. If I had known this I would not have brought my non vegan friends because it unfortunately left a bad impression. The toilet door couldn't lock either.

The "special" go to place in Split - Edit
This is definetly the most luxurious vegan restaurant in Split. The food is amazing and the menu is inspired. The range of foods covered is great, so everyone can choose something. Sadly we only went one time since the second time the restaurant was full. If you are in Split and want something a bit more special, this is definetly the place!

Service was decent. Good variety of options for breakfast. Iced coffee was best we had in Croatia. Smoothie bowl was tasty and well presented. Children enjoyed the pancakes. Bar opposite that shares same undercover are distracts as for breakfast sitting opposite folks smoking and drinking was not pleasant- we moved tables to avoid the smoke.

Barakokula was my absolute highlite foodwise during my stay in croatia! We tried the no phish tacos as well as two of their desserts: their homemade "Magnum“ ice cream and their creme brutalis! All of the above tasted just perfect! The staff was super friendly & mindful!

Highly recommend this lovely restaurant. We ordered ‘What the Health’ and ‘Game Changer’ and they were so good we ended up sharing both of them! Also loved ‘Shrek’ the smoothie and the ‘raw cake’. The raw cake wasn’t at all what we expected - it was like a really light cheesecake - absolutely beautiful. 🙂

Good dinner!! Nice menu selection, and all the food was beautiful, tasty and reasonably priced. Got the no fish tacos and they were perfect for me (not too fishy). They were sold out of dessert and service was a bit slow, but it was nice to see a vegan place so busy!!
