Pesto is not vegan (has cheese). Servers were not helpful and the manager/owner is rude. Ordered the bruschetta and it was “okay” but not enough to make up for the other issues.

We specifically asked if they could make anything vegan and were told no after the server stated “there’s only a little cheese in it” and snickered. Don’t waste you time here if you are a vegan. Try Brittas Take Away (although no dinner hours) or go to La Spezia. Vegan food is very difficult to obtain here.

There were no vegan options on the menu, but when I asked our server he said they could remove the anchovies from the spaghetti alla puttanesca to make it vegan. It was delicious and tasted very authentic! The portion was large and it was served with tomatoes, capers, and olives. I also got a mixed salad, which also wasn't on the menu.
Read moreThe food was a bit pricey but that's to be expected in Cinque Terre. It was 16 euros for the pasta and 8 euros for the salad. Also, the service was a bit curt and could've been friendlier. It was very busy when we went for dinner on a Friday in July, so maybe make a reservation if you can.

They have coffee with soy milk but surprisingly they had a vegan croissant with jam filling. This was really welcomed when there aren’t many places in the area with a vegan pastry.

Not on the menu but they offered to make me spaghetti with vegetables. Really good taste, not a very big portion. Also tried bruschetta with tomato and olive oil, it was okay. There is also a vegan salad on the menu but did not try it. Wine was great

We had a lovely spaghetti con verdures and some great french fries. They have two vegan pasta options but they aren't on the menu. Hopefully they will add them as I said I would be creating a listing on happycow. We tried a lot of the other restaurants in Riomaggiore and non of them even seemed to understand what vegan was so I hope they continue to add more options. The night we went, there were a lot of locals smoking outside which we can't stand but there's not a lot they can do about that. Probably their best customers. Covered and heated outdoor space for cold or rainy nights too. Very friendly staff.
