Une belle surprise - Edit
Je ne connaissais pas les momos... et c'est une adorable surprise. Des gyosas pour habitants de 4000m d'altitude: la subtilité de la nourriture asiatique et le confort des plats du grand froid...

Nice little restaurant with a variety of good veg* options - Edit
Service is great, the waiters are very kind.
Read moreI've eaten in this restaurant a couple of times and I've tried different dishes every time: I was never disappointed.
The starter-soups are great and pretty cheap, I highly recommend the coral lentils soup.
The corn soup is great too (but there probably is some egg white in it).
They serve (and I've tasted) 3 different kinds of momos (dumplings): steamed, fried, and in a soup.
- There are 2 different kinds of steamed momos, one with a lot of vegetables, one with mainly potatoes; both are very different in taste and I enjoyed them both (I think it's a great deal to order both with your mate and share; or maybe it's possible to ask for a mix of the two (I haven't tried)).
- The fried momos are nice too, albeit a bit dry for me (I really don't enjoy "dry" food in general).
- The soup with momos is great and really comforting.
They also serve fried rice and sautéd noodle dishes with vegetables but I haven't tried them yet.
As for desserts, I've only tried the Tsampa (barley flour cake served with yogurt on the side). I highly love it, but it's not vegan.
They also serve iced coco and iced orange, but you should ask them if there is any milk or cream in it.
Pros: One or two vegan options for every of ther dishes, Cheap starters, desserts, drinks and momos, Kind waiters
Cons: Small room, easily crowded and noisy on peak hours, Eggs and creams not mentioned on the menu, Fried momos are a bit too dry for me
