That's a mean bao! - Edit
They had plenty of vegan options but I stuck to the baos this time. A crispy tofu aoili one and a fried avocado and mushroom one, the tofu edged out the other for flavour and texture.

I never had bao before, holy moly it's so good! The vegan selection was huge and I could t decide so I bought a lot of things.
Read more-The cauliflower was fine. Nothing special nothing bad.
-The broccoli was soooooo tastey. Every part of it bursting with flavour in all the right ways. Cooked until just crispy baked.
-Bao. My roommate and I were divided on this. He said it was awful for the price, I said it might be one of my new favorite things. It's like a little sandwich in some airy bread-like thing that's all the right textures.
-Banh Min was a sub like sandwich on crispy perfect bread with deep friend avo and other nice stuff.
-Vegan Kimchi was a miss. Looks like it should be good, but no flavour somehow it fell flat. It came on under-cooked fries.
All in all, I'll be back for more!
