Los mejores baos veganos de Santiago - Edit
Los del Hocha también son ricos, pero acá son a otro nivel. Casi siempre hay una opción vegana en la carta (que la cambian cada cierto tiempo) y siempre es muy rica. Ahora tienen baos de camote con salsa de berenjena y de verdad que están increíbles. También tienen pad Thai pero no lo he probado.
Read moreLos precios de los tragos preparados son altos (>$4.000) pero son muy ricos y originales. Tienen una sección de tragos asiáticos con ingredientes nunca antes vistos. Y también tienen cerveza por si no quieres algo rebuscado.
Los tres baos más camote frito y una salsa salen $5900 pero son contundentes (al menos para mi) y si vas solo a tomar algo y a picar, los pueden compartir.
Update: el pad Thai es maaaalo, fideos de arroz salteados en soya

A few vegan options - Edit
Cool pet friendly place, chill vibes, very kind staff. There’s just a few vegan options though. My favorite dishes are the vegan nori rolls and the mushroom ceviche. There’s also some vegetarian options. Idk anything about the drinks.

Excellent food! Wow! The baos are fantastic. We tried different ones. I ate the vegan one and just WOW! Perfect combination of textures and flavors. The potato chips that come with are really good too. I also ate the vegan Pad Thai, and with the addition of lemon juice (which I requested), the dish was delicious! The meat eaters in the group loved their meat baos. I totally recommend this place.

Excelente comida! Wow! Los Baos realmente deliciosos. Probé el Bao Vegano de camote con pimientos y ají verde: increíble la mezcla de texturas y sabores. Las papitas que vienen con los Baos son muy ricas. También comí el Pad Thai Vegano, con la adición de jugo que limón que pedí a parte, quedó delicioso!!! Aquellos del grupo que comen carne quedaron muy contentos con sus Baos también. Recomiendo mucho este lugar

I just tried this place through a delivery app, they had a 2x1 promo and I really wanted something hot that day, and I have to say it was very good.
Read moreThe ramen soup was flavory, it came very welled packed, so no spills. Lots of veggies and it had a big chunk of roasted tofu, that was amazing.
