Lots of vegan choice

I stayed at The Holiday Inn for 5 nights, and ate in the Bankend Brasserie several times. The breakfasts were nice, lots of vegan choice, but I don't have any photos of those. In the evenings I tried almost all of the vegan options available. The vegan pizza was great, and the tofu was super crispy. My favourite was the Thai curry which was delicious, extremely coconutty.

Pros: Friendly staff, Beautiful surroundings, Lots of choice for vegans, clearly marked on menu
