Very oily Banh Mi, overrated place - Edit
one vegan and one vegetarian (cheese mushroom) bahn mi. However, everything get fried on the same stove, used the same cooking spatula. There is one Banh Mi Phan shop which is only 150m away and offers AC. However all banh mi are soo oily, not recommended.

Extremely busy place. Took around 15 minutes for the one sandwich. Was hot and delicious. Would prefer traditional flavors like the other vegan ones I've tried. But I would go again. 35,000 a sandwich

Caters to tourists and the vegan option isn’t what you’d consider “authentic.” But it tastes good and easy to walk to from the main beach area. Isn’t quick either, so expect to wait
