What a nice place. We had Banh Mi three times here. It’s delicious and the price is very reasonable (20-30k). Add some avocado for 10k or try the best coconut coffee in the world - it’s incredible and costs 35k.

They offer different options of vegan and veggie Banh Mi. I can recommend the tofu peanut butter banh mi, which tastes sooo good!! The price range for the banh mi is between 20k and 25k, so definitely affordable! Can only recommend this spot if you are around Tam Coc and looking for a vegan "snack". We went there twice!

Should definitely try the tofu with peanut butter sandwich which was the most amazing sandwich we had in south East Asia! Friendly staff but only take some time to make the dishes.

Perfect Banh Mi and milkshakes!!! - Edit
Attention: Nearby are a few Bahn Mi spots so don‘t get confused! The other day we went by accident to the neighbour restaurant who told us that they are the Banh Mi restaurant we searched for. Pay attention to the tiles which you can see in the pictures here. Then you will find the right Banh Mi restaurant.
Read moreThe staff is really friendly and English speaking. The prices are faire and the drinks & food are fantastic. I would really go again.
Pros: Good vegan options (coconut milk, vegan Banh Mi), nice music and staff in the restaurant, prices are reasonable

Seriously, one of the best vegan Banh Mi's in Vietnam. Only ones that came close were Phi and Phuong Banh Mi in Hoi An. Such a sweet staff and a cosy feeling place.

Tasty banh mi - Edit
Tried all three of the vegan options, they were really good. They only charge 5k extra to add avocado which is super cheap compared to other banh mi places we’ve been to. The peanut butter tofu and avocado banh mi was something a bit different and pretty tasty. The banh mi are on the smaller side so would recommend getting two.

Best Banh Mi and Smoothies Yet! - Edit
Ordered the pb & tofu banh mi and the mango & passion fruit smoothie with coconut milk. The smoothie was so rich and creamy that it was more like a dessert, and the pb bahn mi was heavenly - I don't know many vegans that wouldn't go for that. Amazing combo, and just what I needed after a long bike ride. My partner ordered the watermelon juice (which he said was okay) and the veg & tofu banh mi (which he ordered a second of!) Sadly they were closed the weekend we got here as the owner was completing her exams in Hanoi (she said she closes one weekend a month), but we managed to catch them just before we left the area and were so not disappointed. We were there at the same time as another couple who had apparently been in Ninh Binh for 10 days and went there every day! Amazing food, cheap prices, lovely staff. Wish they were fully vegan/veg so I could give 5 stars!

Best food in Ninh Binh region! - Edit
This place saved Ninh Binh for food! We were disappointed with vegan food options so far but luckily found this place. The banh mi’s were the best we’ve had in Vietnam yet! They offer 3 vegan options (tofu, tofu & mushroom, tofu & peanut butter). The peanut butter one was amazing! We also had mango & banana smoothies (made with coconut milk so it’s vegan) and a coconut coffee. All the drinks were unreal, especially the smoothies. We came back the next day for the same again it was so good. The two ladies running the cafe were super friendly too!
