Decent food, bad deal - Edit
This is such an odd place. Basically the menu is huge but it's not really accurate, so the owner will talk you through wat you want and everyone ends up with either rice or noodles with a protein. Incredibly simple and quick to create food.
Read moreThe flavor was okay but the pricing ridiculous for what you get. Small portion is 50k, medium portion is 70k. We got the medium (see picture) which was still pretty small and then she charged an extra 10k for the rice as well.
Would not recommend, there is so much better food out there.

Undercooked veggies - Edit
I took yellow curry with tofu but it was undercooked, the carrots and potatoes were hard.

Wanted to like it... - Edit
Can't recommend. The lady is doing everything herself, which means it takes a long time to have your order taken, and even longer until your food arrives.
Read moreThe menu is huge, but anything you want is not available, and after working out what was available, she came out half an hour later and told me one item was finished. I wasn't able to order a replacement because other people were waiting and she was cooking....
Also the prices on the menu are fairytales. She tells you a new price when you order.
The food I did get (tofu laarp) didn't look or taste like laarp I've had elsewhere in Laos and Thailand.
So basically it's chronically disorganised, and I won't come here again.
Not recommended 👎🏻
Pros: Veg menu pages

Rude & Doesn't know "vegan" - Edit
Asked for mango juice with lemon and ginger. The lady said ginger is not good for juice. I said it's fine, I want ginger in my juice (which I've had countless times elsewhere in Laos) and she said, "Mango juice. OK." I had to again insist on ginger in it against her resistance. She ended up putting a little ginger but way too much sweetener probably to compensate for my insistence on ginger(?).
Read moreAnyway, now for the food. I don't understand the other vegan reviewers because there are no clearly marked vegan options. Yes, there are a few vegetarian-ish pages, some of which contained oyster sauce. I showed her my Lao vegan card and she scoffed and said she'll come back later because she's busy cooking. When she came back, I had to go through the whole vegan explanation then she asked if garlic is OK. Oh boy~
I ended up getting green curry with tofu (which I could have gotten pretty much anywhere). It was far too salty.
This is all pretty much par for the course but I expected at least a minimal understanding of vegan after the reviews here.
Pros: Good lighting., Huge selection for vegetarians.
Cons: Does not actually know what vegan means. , No separate or clearly marked vegan options.

Extensive menu and decent food - Edit
Lots of options with tofu and mushrooms (their whole menu is huge) but they don't have all the options available. We tried the fried tofu noodles and sweet and sour mushrooms, both good dishes, on par with what you pay elsewhere. Staff were nice enough and efficient.
