Bamboozle has lots of vegan and vegetarian options and everything we enjoyed was delicious and very fresh! Cute cafe, too. We will be back!

Great noodle bowl - Edit
Ordered the lemongrass tofu noodle bowls, a 5-spice grilled jackfruit fresh roll and a garlic mushroom fresh roll.
Read morePLEASE NOTE *the nuoc cham dressing for the noodle bowl is NOT vegan, and that is not mentioned on the menu I had to ask (it contains fish sauce).
We enjoyed the noodle bowls and the mushroom roll but the jackfruit roll was not good (the jackfruit in the roll was hard and off putting).

OMG! What a Find! - Edit
A friend suggested Bamboozle and thank God, because it don’t show up on HC as a Vegan Option. I devoured the Lemongrass Tofu roll before I remembered to take a photo of it. It was beyond delish. We had a Yellow Curry Tofu and a Saigon salad with tofu. Beyond delish! Our new favorite go-to before a hockey game!

Read moreThis meal was exactly what I needed. I was feeling a bit under the weather before visiting, and this massive bowl of steamy noodles was exactly what my body and soul needed!
The Bamboozle Cafe (their location in Downtown Tampa), had more vegan options that were labeled, and that is definitely going to be a place I hit up SOON, because ya girl loves her some Vietnamese food.
This is definitely a place I will be returning to, as those Tofu Fresh Rolls (which I am guessing are vegan, but will find out soon) are calling my name!

Very Good Vegan Pho - Edit
This is a great place with quite a few vegan options. It is situated in a nice neighborhood surrounded by a lot of things to do. The Vegan Pho and Lemongrass Tofu are both excellent. Multiple fresh iced tea options which is great on a hot day in Florida.
