Serves meat, vegan options available. Beach side restaurant where almost every dish can be made vegan with a switch for tofu, veggies and cashew nuts. Understands English and are happy to omit egg / fish sauce. Also has plenty of fresh fruit shakes, non-dairy sweets and coffee. Open Mon-Sun 7:30am-9:30pm.

Quick easy afforable and large menu

Thai food in local style but large menu allows you to choose from vegetables, tofu or nuts (or egg if veggie) for almost any of the dishes. Understand vegan / vegetarian no egg and happy to check ingredients and omit fish sauce, etc. We had the instant noodle tofu, massaman curry tofu and mango sticky rice. All very well done and affordable. Also had a ginger tea which was very freshly made and came with sugar on the side to add to your own preferred sweetness.

NB to avoid confusion - Bamboo Hut and Mr A are essentially the same thing. The food is served by Bamboo Hut and the coffee by Mr A from the same premises.

Pros: Reasonably priced , Large menu, Understand dietary requests

Cons: Nothing labelled as vegan
