I work at Centropolis and my favorite restaurant is Balthazar! They have 2 vegan options. One is a salad with a burger patty cut in triangles.

I love that it's a regular restaurant but their vegan options are delicious. It's not always the case. I would say it's the perfect place to bring non vegan friends so you both enjoy the meal.

They only have two vegan options a salad and A burger option. When I was there they told me the burger option was not available because oh it turns out the bun was not vegan. (Bun is in works of being corrected). So I had the salad, it wasn’t very, good very basic, basically leaves, few chopped veggies and the burger patty in it. The vinaigrette on top was spicy ( I don’t like spicy stuff) no other tasty sauces.
