Note that this bakery is located on the groundfloor of the mall "Molenpoort". We tried a no-bake coconut-chia-passionfruit pastry and it was absolutely delicious. Love how they are familiar with plant-based ingredients like agar-agar and chiaseeds. They even sold vegan & glutenfree "stroopwafels". Staff was super friendly.

Best vegan pattiserie ever! - Edit
Very much impressed with this social bakery. It was set up to offer youth with a distance to the Labour market a chance. And this results in a great open atmosphere and even better cakes, cookies and pies and a lot of them are vegan. I couldn't be happier. You have to try them all!!
