Had the one vegan option, bagel with guac, tomato, red bell pepper, and spinach. Was good. I’ve been vegan over 20 years, so I’m grateful for even one option clearly marked vegan😄I also had a soy latte, that alone was amazing!

Es gibt verschiedene vegetarische und einen veganen Bagel, den man sich aber auf Nachfrage auch mit eine Falafelpattie belegen lassen kann. Außerdem gibt es Overnight-Oats und Sojatrink als Milchalternative.

Just one vegan option, which only consists of salad (I think spinach), tomato, pepper and avocado. Really nothing special and quite dry. The bread was also not warm.
Read moreThis option is also spicy, which cannot be changed and which I personally don’t like. The restaurant might be nice for non-vegans (lots of different options), but I wouldn’t recommend it for a vegan (or vegetarian).

Nice staff and modern place. Bagels were freshly prepared. Chips fine as well as side salad. They also offer great sea buckthorn tea made from fresh fruit ( just ask staff for it but withouy honey).

Vegan bagels - Edit
Vegan bagel is just one in the menu. I was offered by vegan and vegetarian bagel as the option for vegan. That might be the reason why even the app says there is a couple of vegan bevel options. But overall, tasty experience.

Only 1 vegan option, staff annoying and made racist remark - Edit
Out of the various bagels, burgers, breakfasts, salads and plethora of items on the menu there is -1- vegan option which is a bagel filled with tomato, rukola, pepper and guacamole. No vegan cheese, tofu, tempeh, falafel or any other vegan filling of substance. Pretty standard except that this place has no reservation for touting its horn that it’s a Michelin Star chef run establishment and “unconventional/ exciting”. Sure. Also asked for the bagels to be hot which they were more than happy to do but didn’t deliver and the bagels were chilled. Also got the drinks order wrong despite clear instruction. The staff -pester- you the entire time; every single staff member asked me about the food at least twice during our meal and then again several times after the meal/ while paying so 3 staff racked up a grand total of asking 12 times. Yikes. When paying the staff member upon hearing me speak Czech (native, I am Czech) were taken aback and hit me with the “oh I would never think you were Czech. I’d place you like... way on the other side of the globe. Don’t take it the wrong way... maybe Spanish?” I politely told her that such comments are inappropriate she apologised and offered us cake (which we couldn’t accept because there isn’t a single vegan dessert) and continued to apologise profusely making a scene in front of the other staff and customers. Never coming back.

Wir könnten trotz Oktober gemütlich draußen sitzen. (Decken waren da, aber es war warm.) Karlsbad ist nicht gerade das vegane Paradies, deshalb waren wir über Cappuccino mit Sojamilch und zwei unterschiedliche Begel im Angebot begeistert.
