Bakery and café at the main market square in Höxter. Offers a daily changing selection of sandwiches, some of which are vegan. The pretzel sticks are also vegan. Open Mon-Sat 07:00-18:00, Sun 09:00-18:00.

Bakery with good vegan options

The vegan options they have taste well, but they should offer more than those options. All cakes and sweet options for example are non-vegan which is a real bummer. But as there is no fully vegan bakery in Höxter yet, it still is a good option to get vegan bread or rolls.
It would be very nice though if they would have some cards which tell you what things are vegan, so you don’t have to ask the staff all the time as they could change the recipes or if you’re new to the city.

Cons: Only some breads, rolls and pretzels are vegan, Nothing that shows what is vegan
