Kitchen closed - Edit
Went in and was told kitchen is closed UFN. Place was freezing and smelled awful (like mold).

Would not call it a restaurant - Edit
This is a bar that also serves food, which is ok but it is not a "restaurant and bar" and you should know this up front. Very dark and smells damp and musty, anyone with asthma or breathing sensitivity be ware. Cannot comment on the food because we didn't stay we left to go find an actual restaurant.
