Good location for eating with people who insist on eating meat - Edit
PLEASE NOTE: Baan Ying is a chain, and they operate one vegetarian / vegan restaurant in this area, and one serving meat. The related Happy Cow entries are mixed up, and the map markers incorrect (already reported to happy cow), so double check on google maps to which location you want to go. The one inside CentralwOrld is the one also serving meat.

There is a separate "no meat" menu with 24 items. Vegetarian / vegan food is not labelled, and it only says "inform our staff if you cannot have eggs". All standard Thai dishes are available (pad thai, tom kha, tom yum, morning glory, as well as a range of fried rice, fried tofu and western dishes, such as carbonara pasta, fries, omelettes etc.).
Was surprised to see that soy milk was an option for Thai milk tea. The taste was so-so, though.
Price range is 125-185 Baht per dish (not including rice).
Pros: Clean and cultivated location
Cons: Pricier than average restaurants in Bangkok, Not as tasty as many street food restaurants

Baan Ying to my knowledge is a fully vegan/vegetarian option so I'm not sure why happy cow is limiting me to four stars only.

It's a very nice restaurant where you are sure to enjoy a quiet dinner of crunchy and quite delicious vegan options. Of course, they as well can bring it to you.
They have a wide and varying menu with the ability to spice or despice the dish as per your requirements and their variety can satisfy just about any craving.
It's fantastic to have vegetarian and vegan options in such a convenient location run by such nice people.
Let them eat meat; we get creative and eat quite well!

This food is so so so good. So many vegan and veg options, all this was ordered vegan: morning glory, som tom, mushroom soup, miang kham, white rice. There was only two of us girls and we ate it all! It was some of the best food we’ve had in Bangkok! The staffs are very nice and the ambiance is chillin and cool decoration/wall murals. After food they gave us free coconut desert! I would highly recommend going here!

Really delicious vegan food available and they use lots of fresh herbs and ingredients. A good place to take non-vegans too. They have very good coffee too! It’s near to Ikea entrance.

Personally thought the slice level was perfect, but they did ask my preference. 2 dishes was probably a little overkill for me (1 person) but one might be a little light. Seemed much better and more thoughtfully prepared than the dozens of non-veg restaurants around.
