Only a Vegan Burger - Edit
The vegan Burger was okay, tasted good but was a little pricey (16€). I asked if the fries (4€) are vegan and the server sad no. So that was a little disappointing.

We had the Burger, pimientos, fries and bread. The burger was solid but in my opinion not worth the price, the other portions were quite small

Very good vegan options - Edit
We enjoyed the vegan burger and fries, which cost $16 and $4 respectively, and found them to be absolutely delicious. The staff clearly understand what vegan means—a rarity in Gran Canaria—and were both helpful and friendly. They also offer coffee with steamed soy milk, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately, there are no vegan dessert options.

Vegan burger - Edit
We ate the vegan burger with fries ($16 $4) which was delicious. The staff definitely knows what vegan is (which is not a given in Gran Canaria) and were very helpful and friendly. They can also make a coffee with steamed soy milk, which was great. No vegan desserts.

Vegan paella - Edit
We had the veggie paella at B-One and enjoyed it. It was reasonably priced compared to some other places nearby and was a decent portion. They also have a vegan burger on the menu which is a rarity in the area.
