Experimental project that's offering takeaway burgers once a week. Adheres to the concept of a free price: customers can donate as much as they see fit, possible and comfortable. Every week burgers with a new composition. Uses housemade vegan cutlets for burgers: lentil, lentil-rice-potato, pea-carrot, etc. Orders are accepted through the VKontakte group and Instagram: @ave_seitan until Friday evening. You can pick up your order the next day from 15:30 to 20:00 from the Tipografia place (F. Engels St., 70a). Acceptance of orders and reception times may differ, follow the news in the VKontakte group. Please note the buns are not vegan as they contain milk. Open Fri-Sat 10:00am-8:00pm.

The project is not vegan, uses buns with unverified ingredients

Unfortunately, it turned out that the participants of the project never checked the ingredients the buns contained. The buns they have used to make their burgers had at least 5 controversial ingredients that require clarification from the manufacturers. Unfortunately, the participants of the Ave Seitan project confirmed that they do not have the time and opportunity to check the composition of the products used. "If you need it and if it offends you that much so you check the ingredients", they answered to me. So this project is not vegan.

I am glad that there is Ave Seitan in Tula. Every Friday the guys come up with a new composition of burgers. I buy them every Friday. The price is free. Very tasty and healthy burgers. Open the restaurant.🤤🍔♥️
