Ask else you will not find it. - Edit
Place is now at 29 Ben Ngu and not 18 but ask there. They know where. Place had only 1 table and if I never asked I would never have guessed thiswas it.

Surprising Vegan Find in Thanh Hoa - Edit
This is a small storefront that sells vegan food items (e.g., packages of soy protein, vegan fish sauce, vegan broth) and also serves vegan food. The food was served on a thali-like plate with a mixture of pickled greens, rice, and a sample of vegan dishes. The meal also came with a small bowl of greens in broth. The total meal came to 30,000 VND so very affordable. This was a welcomed option amidst the carnivorous options in Thanh Hoa!
