Please help Atlas from being shrugged-great vegan deli needs donations to reopen - Edit
A great vegan start up in Miami that’s had so many difficulties and is seeking to reopen in September 2019.
Read moreI really wish them the best! I was hoping to collaborate on veganizing some local Cafes with Atlas cheese. It’s really amazing how easy it is to demolish so many buildings In Miami for luxury rentals with set back waivers and a vegan deli in Mimo that’s renovating an existing building is having so many hardships and very suspicious thefts. You can’t shrug this Atlas folks.
Please donate if possible. When the Bahamians arrive in Miami, at least they will have more vegan options.

Delicious burger (and more) joint - Edit
Not the easiest place to find but once found you won’t regret the time it took you to get there. They prepare their own burgers and all come in big portions. I had the Korean Patty Melt with the Loaded BBQ fries. Definitely a tasteful elaborate burger! I wasn’t hungry anymore but really wanted to try the Chk’n tenders so did UberEat the next day and I wasn’t disappointed. The food even arrived warm.
Read moreNot sure how it was before but it is now a food truck with outdoor seating and good music.
I will definitely go back to try The Gyro’s Journey and the Island Mac’n “Cheese”!
Pros: They make their “meat”, Food is tasty and portions are big, Reasonable prices
Cons: Hard to find the first time (even with Waze), No seating if raining

OMG I ate too much! - Edit
Delicious. Tasty. Amazing comfort food in a picnic atmosphere. Affordable. Nice portions. We were 4 adults and ordered 4 sandwiches to share since there was too much to choose from. My favorite was KC Tips and Buttermilk Chicken on a pretzel bun. But the loaded fries stole the show! We share Mac and cheese and wings. Won’t eat for a week!

Fantastic - Edit
A little out of the way from where we were but definitely worth going here! The loaded waffle fries, Mac n' Cheese and deep fried "chicken" were fantastic! The wood-bone wings were also really good but too spicy for me. The seating area is pretty nice, too bad there is no restroom.

awesome food and service - Edit
We found the place here on Happy Cow and decided to stop by while in Miami. It was delicious and our service was amazing! I had the bbq burnt tip sandwich with coleslaw and my husband had the Italian sausage sandwich with onions and peppers. The fries were baked which for me was a plus. I will definitely go there again if we are in the area.

Awesome Vegan Comfort Food - Edit
Went to their pop-up behind their brick and mortar which is being finished up for business. Their chicken bites are amazing. The Kansas Tips sandwich is also amazing. They do a great job here. Vegan comfort food is not so easy to come by so this place is a must if you're feeling indulgent but want your indulgence 100% animal-free. Love Atlas!

A meat-free mission - Edit
I had a twelve hour layover in Miami in August between Brazil and the U.K. I knew during this time I wanted to find the finest food to fill my belly. I had followed atlasmeatfreedeli on Instagram for a while and once it clicked that they were based in Miami I KNEW it was fate. This was my only time in the US and this is how I spent it. I spent the day doing other stuff and then it unexpectedly took me 4 hours to walk here. But I made it in the nick of time.
Read moreAfter hours of sweating and crying from exhaustion, I arrived at this food tuck. My utopia. And I was greeting by the loveliest of staff. They care about what they do and you are filled with food and love.
I wolfed down the meatball sub with tears of joy in my eyes. I then realised o damn my flight is soon and took my buttermilk chicken strips with garlic dip in a box with me to the airport which I unashamedly inhaled as I tried to find my gate to check-in.
Long story short, these guys saved me, and I've got a lotta time for what they do.
Pros: EXCELLENT FOOD, EXCELLENT STAFF, EXCELLENT

I arrived a few minutes before opening to find the staff still setting up. With the time to open I chatted with a member of the staff for recommendations for something to eat there and something that would travel well.
Read moreWithin a few minutes I had some delicious Mac and cheese and the Kansas City Burnt Tips in front of me. Both were fantastic and a great comfort meal before I left Miami. I took away another sandwich for my travels and dozen frozen meatballs.

a great place for vegan junk food - Edit
The portions are big and the prices are fair. It's a little far out in miami, but as most people who live in miami, you have to drive out to get food vegan food anyway. The loaded fries are to die for! The "chicken" tenders are very yummy! The burgers are a must if you eat here. Not a healthy option, but the food is very filling.

Food Truck Spot - Edit
We drove from Hollywood to Miami to get a taste of what they had to offer. The portions are large. It was a little too salty for my taste, but my husband loved it. My son had the Ruben. He said it was ok but he wished he would've gotten the meatball sub. My daughter had chikn tenders & fries. I'm assuming it was just ok because she didn't eat it all. I had the classic burger and fries. I've had better. My husband enjoyed his food very much, he had the rib tip sandwich and loaded fries. We wanted soda floats but they were out ☹️
