A bit of an expensive bummer - Edit
I had high hopes originally, but unless you are desperate for spaghetti, I'd avoid. Prices are too high for the quality. I tried the side salad, vg spicy tomato dough bites, and vg lecca lecca, and didn't eat half of it. Salad dressing was wildly bitter, lecca lecca was very dry, and there was no cheese in many of the dough bites. The service was lovely so I hate to drag them, but the vegan customers deserve better. Good vegan pizza - Edit
The no-duja vegana pizza was excellent. Good portion sizes too. Only one vegan pudding option (blood orange chocolate tart) but it was very tasty. Friendly service.

Nice but limited covid menu - Edit
We enjoyed it here and were pleased to see vegan kids options which are quite rare to find. The kids options were pasta or pizza with a choice of toppings. It was presented as a cute bear which was adorable! 🐻 The starters and dessert comes included in the price for the kids meal. My little one enjoyed the breadsticks and veg as a starter, and the kids dessert option was an ice lolly with real fruit juice.

We visited in 09/2021 when there was a limited menu due to covid. The waiter was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and informed us that they will be bringing back a full vegan menu in the next couple of weeks so there should be more options soon.
The pea purée pizzas were nice enough but nothing mind-blowing. I felt they were missing a bit of a ‘kick’ so made use of the chilli oil and balsamic vinegar.

A few vegan options. The menu is reguarly updated. You can also make your own vegan pizza although not always advertised. Lovely food!

My experiences at Ask have always been positive, with the staff having an extensive of knowledge of the menus and being able to make recommendations on how to ‘veganise’ dishes off the regular menu. They run a vegan menu as standard and one at Christmas too. DON’T DRINK THE LEMONADE that is given in a shot glass as standard on arrival as it is not suitable for vegans. Check online before you go as there are usually vouchers that can be used in the restaurant. Favourite dishes: pizza, dough balls, tapenade.

Very good food and an full vegan menu separated from the normal menu. Everything made in the restaurant, delicious sorbets for the dessert. Not disappointed !
