Great vegan sushi!

Asian Time is rather new, but offers outstanding service and understanding of veganism, and provides the ability to customize their dishes to be vegan (where possible).

It's my number one place for sushi in the Oppegård area. (I'd give 5 stars, but it's not possible in HappyCow unless it's a fully vegan restaurant.)

Pros: Quite a few default vegan/vegetarian options, Staff is super helpful to customize vegan options, Bubble tea with tapioca comes with oat milk
