Great vegan Vietnamese selections - Edit
We had a very good vegan meal. The waitress and owner were super nice helping us pick vegan options. Be sure to tell the waitress that you a vegan. We had summer rolls, edamame, vegan lettuce wraps, vegetable and tofu Pho made with vegetable stock, and pad Thai noodles.
