Really amazing and flavorful - Edit
This place was so nice on the inside and the server was really friendly and welcoming. I had a vegan curry with potatoes and peas and it was the best I have ever had. The vegetable samosas and roti are also really good! Everything tasted so fresh. Loved it!

Nice atmosphere, mediocre food - Edit
Friendly staff, nice classy atmosphere. They seemed to know about veganism and only brought us one thing with yogourt in it (I re-asked about every dish they brought).
Read moreThe roti and chutney's (watch out for the non-vegan one) were excellent. Otherwise, the food was about 2 out of 5. Pretty standard potatoes and chickpeas with plenty of oil. What is notable here is we specifically asked the server to suggest things without potatoes in it - however, everything we got did, including the suggested mixed vegetable curry dish that was 50%+ potatoes. This left the impression that the staff was friendly but not necessarily concerned about our meal.
We got the matar mushroom, a vegetable biryani, and mixed vegetable curry. All were ok at best.
Disappointing. We were hoping from the other reviews that it might be excellent. I say 3 stars as the atmosphere is pretty nice if you don't care about the food.

We had a great experience at Ashiana. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, they do everything they can to make their guests feel comfortable.
Read moreI ordered a vegetable curry, it was very very tasty, it contained many different veggies and came with rice. For desert they have different fruit sorbets or a fruit salad as a vegan option.
The atmosphere was really nice with lots of Indian art displayed, the restaurant was very clean and the toilets hygienic.
Overall we had a great experience, highly recommended!

Had the lentil dahl and it was absolutely delicious. The service was also great. This place looks quite fancy when you walk in but the prices were okay.

Welcomed with great knowledge of vegan food myself and my partner had a large selection and were double checked when we ordered a bread containing egg was so good of them to check! Food was incredible so was the service, beautiful inside, affordable and conservatory eating area so you feel like you’re on the street but you’re not
