Vegan options on a Alm! - Edit
The only Alm I've been to in this region with vegan options. And not just one there are 2 vegan salads, a Lentil dish with bread, vegetable patties and an Apple strudel with optional vegan cream.

There were very few vegan options and more vegetarian options which was very tasty. I wish they have more vegan options. The view is beautiful.

Great Alm atmosphere, very few vegan options - Edit
We really enjoyed our stay at Arzler Alm. Atmosphere was great and the staff very friendly. Compared to other traditional Alms there are a few clearly labeled vegan meals on the menu, actually for every occasion one. A lentil soup as starter/warmer, (very big!) salad fried vegetable patty as main dish and also an apple strudel as dessert. On the menu it says there are also changing vegan cakes on a daily basis (we didn't check). Whipped cream can be ordered vegan, oat milk in the coffee is possible for a 50 cent fee. You get a traditional "Manner-Schnitte" with your coffee, which is also vegan - probably just by accident, still nice. 😁
Read moreAll in all: You don't have a lot of choices as a vegan, but at least you are able to conveniently order some very tasty food for every occasion as part of your hike in great atmosphere.

Pros: Clearly labeled vegan choices in an Alm, Fair prices, "Manner-Schnitte" with your coffee
Cons: Vegan offers are very limited, 50 Cent fee for oat milk in the coffee

Tbh I'm just already happy they have vegan options - Edit
It's a really nice location. I don't think alm food is every really 5 stars, so it a pretty decent option. I had the veggiepattys which were quite nice.

Auf Hütten findet man nicht oft vegane Optionen, deshalb umso cooler, dass hier etwas angeboten wird. Der Apfelstrudel war richtig lecker!

Vegan options for savory and sweet dishes - Edit
I really enjoyed my dish of veggie paddies with salad (there was also a lentil stew). Also on the menu was a vegan apple strudel and chocolate cake. Additional vegetarian options such as Kasspatzln (cheese dumplings).
