Tasty Paella - Edit
The restaurant highlights authentic local cuisine and has very few vegan options but those are clearly labeled (also in English). There's one vegan/vegetarian paella, which we had and enjoyed. The portions are indeed big but still manageable. For the prize, we even expected a bit more. We were unlucky our paella was a bit burnt, while the rice was still a bit hard. If you order softdrinks (refresco) we recommend ordering Fanta limon instead of Sprite. It's larger for the same prize.
Read moreIt is important to note that you have to order your paella one hour in advance, otherwise you will have to wait that long until it's prepared. Small bonus: you can take a boat directly from the back of the restaurant to see Albufera.

Excellent vegan paella - Edit
This restaurant us run by the same team running Arrocería Maribel, which is just a few meters away. Menu list exactly the same and it's more than advisable to book in advance and order the paella so that it's ready when you arrive. We ordered a vegan paella with seasonal vegetables for 3 and it was super tasty. Servings were so huge it could have been for 5 people, so we took the rest home. They have vegetable milk for coffee. No vegan desserts other than seasonal fruits, though.
